Speed
Our multifunctional copiers output print
jobs at up to 105 pages per minute. This allows large print jobs
to be completed much faster than jobs on slow laser and ink jet
printing systems.
Full Finishing
Our multifunctional copiers deliver all of the features
of the copier to the computer desktop. An intuitive print driver
allows users to staple, duplex, hole punch, insert tabs and bind
print jobs. Instead of printing an original on a laser printer
and waling to the copier, multiple sets can be sent directly to
the multifunctional system.
Color Printing
Our color multifunctional
copiers and color laser printers
deliver brilliant color at blazing speeds. Unlike slow ink-jet
printers, our systems print at up to 31 pages per minutue.
Private Printing
Private Printing prompts users to enter an access code at the
print device before their job is printed. This optional feature
ensures that confidential information does not get into the wrong
hands.
Proof Printing
When printing multiple sets, users can send one set to the printer
for inspection. Then, the rest of the print job can proceed or
be deleted.
Job Completion Notificaiton
Many of our systems notify end users when their print jobs are
completed. Key operators can also be notified by email or pager
of toner outages, empty paper drawers and any other problems.
Replace Pre-printed Forms
Combined with eForms software, our printers
can replace pre-printed forms. Output from virtually any kind
of computer systems can be routed from noisy dot matrix printers
to fast, high-quality laser devices. And the graphic layout of
the forms is easily customized.
