Overview
OCR technology reads text off of scanned documents and converts
it to an editable format. From there, the document can be modified.
Our OCR technology scans documents directly into popular applications
like Microsoft Word and Excel. It even keeps the fonts and pictures.
From there, the file can be edited, saved and re-printed.
Documents can also be scanned directly to email. Instead of the
document appearing as an attachment, the text of the document
appears in the body of the email message. This makes the message
smaller and ensures every recipient can read the contents even
if they can't open an attachment.
