Faxing
Features
Even with the rise in email usage,
faxing is still a critical communication tool. Our systems streamline
the faxing process. Unlike personal faxes purchased from discount
stores, our commercial-grade fax systems are more reliable and
more cost effective to use. Plus, many of them can be integrated
with a computer network, email and the internet.
Multifunctional Integration
Most of our multifunctional copiers
have fax options. This means two separate machines for copying
and faxing are no longer necessary. Incoming faxes are separated
into different output areas than the copies. Of course, if a standalone
fax system is the most productive solution, we are happy to provide
them as well.
PC/Network Faxing
PC/Network Faxing allows users to send faxes directly from their
computers. Inbound faxes can also be routed to email addresses
saving time and paper.
Dual Access
With Dual Access users will never have to wait at the fax again.
Even while the unit is sending or receiving, users can conveniently
scan in their next document. As soon as the line is free the document
will be sent.
Laser Quality
Unlike costly ink-jet supplies that smudge when wet, our systems
feature laser quality. Not only will your faxes be more legible,
they will also be produced at a lower cost that ink-jet faxes.
Job Memory
Power outages, empty toner or empty paper drawers are no longer
a concern. Job Memory saves incoming faxes to be printed once
the toner or paper is replaced.
Dual Line
In busy fax environments Dual Line allows two separate phone lines
to be connected to the fax. One of the lines can be dedicated
as a send or receive line only. This helps ensure a line is available
during peak faxing periods.
