Copying
Features
Our systems offer innovative features
to help make copying more convenient than ever. These features
are so productive that they may even reduce or eliminate your
need to outsource copying.
Color
Copying
Outsourced color usually costs between $.75 and $1.20 per page.
Our color enabled eSTUDIO multifunctional systems allow you to
produce color copies on your regular office copier for a fraction
of the cost of outsourcing. Automated color management means documents
look great with minimal end user intervention. Color enabled models
include the eSTUDIO351c
and eSTUDIO451c.
Scan Once/Print Many
Unlike old analog copiers that used sorter bins, our digital multifunction
systems produce up to 9,999 collated sets in one run. The copier
scans the original, freeing the user to return to more productive
tasks. The copier then reproduces multiple sets of the original
and stacks them in a finisher. This process is more efficient
and more reliable saving time and hassles.
Unlimited Two-Sided Copying
Old analog copiers only allowed users to make 50 duplexed (two-sided)
copies at a time. New digital technology uses a single sheet duplex
unit to make virtually unlimited amounts of two-sided copies.
This is perfect for running newsletters, brochures and bulletins.
Booklet Making
In addition to 2/3 Hole Punching, many of our systems
have a booklet making option. This automatically produces folded,
stapled booklets on 11 X 17 paper or 8 1/2 X 11 paper. The applications
for the practical feature are endless including: brochures, newsletters,
manuals and directories.
Digital Quality
New digital multifunction systems produce brilliant copies. Many
of our systems (23 page/minute and up) produce copies at the industry
leading resolution of 600 X 2,400 dpi. This means photos, logos
and grayscale images are copied with accuracy and brilliance.
Job Memory Templates
Frequently used jobs can be stored in Job Memory Templates. This
saves time of reprogramming frequently used job settings. Templates
can be combined with the scanning and fax features to simultaneously
copy, fax and/or scan a document. This can be used to automate
workflows and increase productivity.
Access Codes
Usage can be monitored and controlled through built-in access
codes. Before making a copy, fax or scan, users are prompted to
enter their code. This helps control costs and allows usage to
be billed to departments. More advanced cost recovery can be achieved
with our Print Management systems.
Tandem Copying
Some of our systems can be clustered together. This allows the
same job to run on multiple systems increasing efficiency. In
time-sensitive situations, this can cut run time in half.
